  • All products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Idaho Department of Health & Welfare or any state agency.
  • Products are not intended for resale — sold directly to the end consumer only.
  • Orders are for direct pickup only — not available through grocery or retail locations.
  • If you have food allergies, please contact us before ordering. Our kitchen may process common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, and peanuts.
  • By placing an order you acknowledge that products are made in an uninspected home kitchen.

What flavors do you offer? ▾
We have 5 classic flavors included in the base price: Vanilla, Strawberry, Chocolate, Confetti Sprinkle, and Red Velvet. Premium flavors (S'mores, Biscoff, Strawberry Lemonade, Oreo, Monster Mix) are +$5/dozen. Carrot Cake is a seasonal special — ask about availability!
How far in advance should I order? ▾
At least 1–2 weeks for custom personal orders. For business orders of 5+ dozen, please give 3–4 weeks so every pop is perfect.
What does "pending reservation" mean? ▾
When you submit your form your date is tentatively held — but NOT confirmed. You'll receive an invoice within 24 hours and your date is officially reserved only once payment is received. Dates are first-paid, first-confirmed.
Do you offer individual wrapping? ▾
Yes! Individual cello bag wrapping is +$5/dozen. Each pop gets its own clear bag — perfect for party favors, gifting, or corporate giveaways. Just select it as an add-on in the order form.
Are you a licensed commercial kitchen? ▾
Caked Up by Cleary operates under the Idaho Cottage Food Law. Products are made in a home kitchen that is not state-inspected and sold directly to consumers only — not for resale.
Can I mix flavors in one order? ▾
Yes! Mix and match flavors within your order — just note it in the design details. If mixing classic and premium flavors, the premium upcharge applies to those dozens.
What's the minimum for business orders? ▾
Business/LLC orders require a minimum of 3 dozen (36 pops) at $30/dozen. Personal orders have no minimum — order as little as 1 dozen.
